Underwater Videography Trainee Isabelle had two great training dives at mango bay yesterday. She is coming to the middle section of the course and already shooting some great footage.

New Video Student Isabelle (Belgium) has begun the first Module of the underwater section of the Professional Underwater Video Course. Video trainer Tony took our new trainee to Mango Bay & Japanese gardens to practice buoyancy skills and basic filming techniques. Now the visibility is improving after the full moon this is a great time for Isabelle to get as much diving in as possible.

Its been a few days since our news updates on our videography students & internship graduates, so the latest is Marc is coming to the end of his latest module and will be shadowing staff as they make movies for Crystal Dive Resort. Before this begins he was out with Tony this morning getting his final shots for his showreel that is scheduled to play in a few days. They filmed a lionfish that will surely make it to the final cut and a undulated moray eel that was filmed at White Rock. Also new student Isabelle will be starting her Pro Videography Course tomorrow starting with the land filming module. Kati is half way through her internship program and looking good.

where the new wreck is developing into and awesome location.
Recent sightings include, Bristletail Filefish, a school
of Catfish, Crocodile Flathead, Mantis Shrimp, the Pufferfish
pictured and more. Meanwhile Koko will carry on with her
internship program and take a break from teaching. See all

After an intensive 3 weeks Warren Jackson has completed the professional underwater videography course, for his final projects he manages to make not only an Open Water dive movie but also an excellent showreel, during the course he showed impressive diving skills and a keen eye in the editing studio.

Dive Resort James Hustler completed his Underwater
Videography Course in style when he aired his showreel
to a packed audience, and what a awesome movie, he has been
fortunate enough to film some amazing marine life including
seasnakes, whalesharks and the rarely sighted Pink Tail
Triggerfish (pictured). James will be attending University
to study film production and we have to say he has definitely
got the eye for film. Well done to James on a great course
and keep that camera rolling!!.
James was awarded his certificate this afternoon
& along with his showreel and all his footage this will
be valuable material as he starts university. Also today
we presented Essi with her certification as Marine Videographer
as she is coming to the end of her internship program. She
is showing great abilities in both editing & filming.
