Whilst videography
course students Mark, Steve & James are busy having
a few days out the water editing Kati was out with underwater video trainer Tony practicing her static filming techniques. All beginning
course dives are afternoon dives in shallower water, this
gives the students more time to practice the buoyancy skills
and master the techniques they will require for future videography
dives.

Two awesome dives in the DDP Professional
Videography Course
Although Underwater video course students James & Steve were at Mango Bay & Japanese Garden yesterday that didn't stop them having two more brilliant dives today. Both are practicing static filming techniques using fin pivots, standing, kneeling & laying body positions. Showing excellent skills in all areas here are some snapshots of their dives.

After two dives yesterday at Mango Bay & Japanese Gardens new video trainees James (pictured) and Steve have spent some valuable time editing their footage with video trainer Jace. In the early stages of the course they are learning basic editing skills and getting prepared for more advanced training later in the course.
During yesterdays dives the guys filmed some interesting marine life including sand eels, a seahorse and squid.
